Your Contract Rights
Cancellation rules
Initial contracts run 12 or 24 months maximum. After that, the contract continues monthly and you can cancel with 1 month notice. Providers must offer a 12-month option alongside any 24-month contract (TKG Section 56).
Price increases
If your provider raises prices or makes changes you did not agree to, you can cancel immediately. No waiting period, no penalty (TKG Section 57).
