2. Service Description
2.1 Comparison Portal
CheckAlle.de is a free comparison portal that helps consumers compare tariffs and offers for various services, including:
- Electricity and gas providers
- Insurance of all kinds
- Credits and financial products
- DSL and internet providers
- Travel and car rentals
2.2 Intermediation Service
We only mediate between consumers and providers. We are not a contracting party to contracts concluded through our platform. The contracts are made directly between the user and the respective provider.
2.3 Free of Charge
The use of CheckAlle.de is completely free for consumers. We receive commissions from providers to whom we refer customers.
3. Use of the Website
3.1 Permitted Use
You may only use our website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to:

- Not use automated systems for data collection
- Not transmit harmful software
- Not impair the functionality of the website

4. Contract Formation and Intermediation
4.1 Intermediation Process
When you contact a provider through our website or use a comparison calculator, we refer you to the corresponding provider. The contract is concluded directly between you and the provider.
4.2 No Contract Guarantee
We do not guarantee that a contract will be concluded with the desired provider. The decision on concluding a contract rests solely with the respective provider.
4.3 Referral to Partners
We work with various partners (CHECK24, Tarifcheck, etc.). When using certain comparison calculators, you are redirected directly to these partners. Their terms and conditions and privacy policies then apply.
4.4 Advertising and Commission Notice
CheckAlle.de takes part in the partner programmes of CHECK24 and Tarifcheck. The comparison calculators on our pages are iFrame widgets supplied by these partners, and we display other advertising material alongside them.
When a referral succeeds, for example when you request a quote or conclude a contract, the partner pays us a commission. The partner bears this cost and it does not increase the price you pay.
The offers shown inside a comparison calculator, and the order in which they appear, are produced by the partner operating that calculator. We do not control that ranking.
Using our comparison calculators remains free of charge and non-binding for you.

5.1 Content and Timeliness
We strive to keep the information on our website current and correct. Tariffs and conditions can change at any time; the offer you see inside a comparison calculator is always the authoritative one.
5.2 Availability
Maintenance work, technical failures or force majeure can cause interruptions to the availability of our website.
